Preventative Maintenance Programs
First Level
- Quarterly checks on compressor performance, regulation and overall condition.
- Quarterly checks on dryer performance including dew point
First Level Service plus:
- Change compressor filters every 1000 hours
- Major service every 8,000 hours including oil and separator changes
- Dryer performance check, including valve leakage tests every 8,000 hours.
- Change pre and after filters on dryer yearly
